July 2022 Mile Marker

July was when I was getting frustrated with this goal.

We went to my cousin’s cottage and I was feeling the length of the pandemic take it’s toll.

I wanted to let loose.

I’ve been monitoring everything since the pandemic began and I didn’t want to do that any more.

Or at least for the rest of the summer.

I wanted to enjoy my summer!

During the time at the cottage, there was no Intermittent Fasting done.

And lots of eating and drinking.

Maybe a little too much, but it felt good just enjoy life.

Of course, the weight creeped up a bit. But I expected it.

My average weight for July was 194.2 lbs, which is up about a pound and a half from June. My lowest weight was 191.8lbs and my highest was 198.8.

I expect my weight to go up further because I’m taking the summer off!

I’m good with that.

I’ll get back on track in the Fall.
