My name is Peter Gruner. I live in Hamilton, Ontario with my wife Deb.
I have a day job. I also write plays, perform in plays, sing in a choir, and try to stay in shape. Most days I’m figuring out how to fit the things that matter into the time that’s actually available.
This blog is where I think out loud about that.
I write about whatever I’m working on or wrestling with — creativity, habits, weight loss, family, the occasional race I’m not sure why I signed up for. The topics wander. The underlying question doesn’t change much: how do you build a life you actually want, without blowing up the one you already have?
I don’t have it figured out. But I’ve learned a few things, and I like to share them.
Sometimes a post will be useful to you. Sometimes it’ll just be me rambling. Either way, it’s a conversation — just a slow one, on a delay, through a screen.
Thanks for stopping by.
