Well, I’m back on track. September was a good month. We went to our god daughter’s wedding. Spent some time in Montreal. Ate lots of food…
And my average weight still went down.
There were even patches of no intermittent fasting. It was our last vacation of the year, so we had to enjoy it.
My average weight for September was 182.7lbs. Down 1.5lbs from August. High of 187.2lbs and low of 178.8lbs.
I managed to fit in an extended fast of almost 48hours. I’ve been trying to do an extended fast for a few months but haven’t been able to do it.
I’ve either felt guilty and didn’t want to waste food. Eat those leftovers! Or I succumbed to the siren call of salsa and tortilla chips. My late night television Kryptonite.
It felt good to get in the extended fast. It sort of feels like working out. It takes effort. And I always feel better after doing it.
I’m hoping to get another long fast done in October. We celebrate Thanksgiving in October so I’ll need it!
