February 2025 Mile Marker

I’m annoyed with myself.

Spoiler alert: My weight went up again in February. Not a lot.  But it went up.

I’m annoyed because I was on track to go down in weight.

For the first three weeks of the month.

I was on track.

But in the last week, I messed up.

I messed up the small things.

I went to bed late and didn’t get enough sleep.

I snacked in the evenings.

I missed a couple of runs.

Little things.

But they add up.

My average weight for February was 200.5lbs.  Yes, only up 0.1lbs from January. 

But January was up three pounds from December.

So, the fact that I went up even a little bit is…annoying.

It’s all on me, though.

And what get’s me is that it’s the little things.

March will be about focusing back on the little things.

Getting to bed earlier.

Sticking to my running schedule (3 runs a week).

No snacking after 8pm.

And my intermittent fasting from 8pm to at least 2pm.  During weekdays.

Let’s see if getting back to the basics will get me back on track.
