We’re into the second week of November and I realized that I didn’t put out my plans for this month.
I will be focusing on my weight loss this month.
I gained some traction in October, and I want to continue the momentum.
The goal is to get my weight down to 190lbs by the end of the month.
To do that, I’m going continue with my Intermittent Fasting during the week. First meal of the day at 2pm or later. Throw in a 24-hour fast per week. And continue with my running three times a week.
I will also make my playwriting a focus. I will continue to write at least one sentence a day. But I will strive to write more.
And I want to do some weight bearing exercises. I’ve been trying to get myself started on this for months.
I have no problem running and getting in my cardio. But weight bearing exercises — either with weights or my body weight — are supposed to be important. Especially as we age. Eventually, I would like to do some weight bearing exercises three times a week.
I should also put in more time on my music for choir. We have our concert at the beginning of December, so I’ve got some work to do.
I will continue to work on my lines for The Games Afoot, but the lines are there. It’s just maintenance at this point.
That’s the plan.
Now, can I keep it up?
Let’s see…
