I continue to move closer to my Marathon Weight. My average weight for May was 185.0lbs. Down from 186.2 in April. Yay!
As I’ve mentioned before, Intermittent Fasting is a back and forth kind of dance. That’s why I track my average weight. During May, my weight went as high as 189.4lbs and as low as 182.1lbs.
This was the first month in a long time where I didn’t do a multi-day fast. I only fasted on the weekdays. But I kept up the longer fasts during the week. Most days I would start my fast around 9pm and finish it around 5pm the next day.
That twenty hour fast seems to be my current sweet spot.
I cut out watching TV during the week, which also eliminated some of my night snacking. But I still snacked on the weekends. There’s definitely a link between late night TV watching and snacking.
On the exercise front, I’ve been getting a little lax with the 7-Minute workout. I’m still running two or three times a week. My pace is slow, but I’ve increased the amount of time that I run. I’m up to about 55 minutes which, according to my Garmin, works out to about 5km.
For June, I’ll keep up more of the same. Rinse and repeat! I might throw in a multi-day fast to help move the scale a bit. And I want to be more consistent with the 7-Minute workout on the days that I don’t run.
It feels like my Marathon Weight is within my reach…
