March 2025 Mile Marker

Finally, I’m getting back on track. The pendulum is swinging the other way.

My average weight went down to 199.7lbs.

It’s only 0.8lbs less than last month. But it’s in the right direction.

Highest weight was 205.2lbs and lowest weight was 195lbs.

Getting enough sleep and not snacking late at night really helps.

And I still need to get better at it.

The best way for me to do that is to avoid TV.

TV is such a gateway to bad behaviour.

Behaviour that leads to weight gain.

Of course, training for the Around the Bay helped.

We’ll see what kind of activity April brings, now that I don’t have an impending race to prepare for.

It’s funny.

I can be so focused and disciplined for some things.

But I can waiver a lot when it comes to staying the course for things that I know will help me lose weight.

It’s a journey. That’s for sure.

And the plan is to get down to 197 by the end of April.

Let’s see if I can stick to the plan.
