I’m on the other side of this self-imposed blogging challenge.  I’ve been averaging a post a day since the beginning of January. 

Only four and a half months left to go.

And I’ve noticed a pattern. 

I seem to do well with my posting at the beginning of the month.  Sticking closely to a post a day.

But something happens around mid-month and I miss a day or two.  A couple of times.

Then, I spend the rest of the month trying to catch up so that I can average a post a day.

The actual writing continues to get easier.

I don’t fret so much about what to write.  And I can just get it done.

But there’s something in me that slacks off mid-month.

Weird.

My next question is:

Can I get this blogging consistency to translate to some playwriting consistency?

No luck so far.
