This morning as I was signing into my computer, I got a phone call.

It was my boss’ boss.

I don’t usually get phone calls from him…

He’s a VIP and my Team Lead gets called directly if there are any issues.

Gulp.

I put on my poker “voice” and answered the phone cheerily.

Expecting some bad news, though.

I was wrong.

Terry had seen The Game’s Afoot yesterday, and he wanted to compliment me on my performance!

I did not see that coming!

What a great way to start the day, though.

We chatted for a few minutes, and he had only good things to say about the show and me in particular.

It put a little swagger into my step today. 

For folks that are in the Hamilton/Grimsby area, there are only three more chances to catch the show!
