Burned Out

The crazy thing about theatre is how ephemeral it all is. Like a flower blooming.

If you miss it, you miss it.

For weeks, The Player’s Guild has been my second home. And the beautiful set of Burn has been the living room that I spent a lot of time in.

Here’s a picture of what the set looked like with us on it.

The set was built early. So, we got to work on it right from the beginning of rehearsals.

It was spectacular. And lovingly detailed.

And a couple of days after the last performance, it was all gone.

Just a memory.

But a fond memory, none the less.
