The problem with setting goals is that we often expect a linear path to achieving them.
It’s rarely straightforward.
Most of us will experience bumps on the road to our goals.
We’ll fall of the wagon. We’ll eat too much. We’ll stay up late. We’ll miss writing a blog post.
The important thing is not to let a little bump turn into a roadblock.
It’s okay to have a cheat day.
It’s okay to miss a day. Or two.
But don’t let that “break” derail you.
Accept it. And then get back to work.
