March 2025 Mile Marker

Finally, I’m getting back on track. The pendulum is swinging the other way. My average weight went down to 199.7lbs. It’s only 0.8lbs less than last month. But it’s in the right direction. Highest weight was 205.2lbs and lowest weight was 195lbs. Getting enough sleep and not snacking late at night really helps. And I…
